upgrade from VHCS 2.4.7.1 to ispcp

Hi
I'm trying to upgrade my vhcs installation to ispcp with no luck.
Step by step I make all what it is written in the http://www.isp-control.net/documentation...grade:vhcs
all looks good, but after all domain status stay in "change" and I don't see virtual host in apache for users domain.
Where do I start looking for a problem?
