mail sender cyrilic?

Hello , in my ispcp (squirrelmail ) i send to my mail (test@mail.bg) здрасти but i receive ????? how i fix to read cyrillic ?

Do you have the proper locales installed in your system? Check it with "locale -a" and/or fix it using either "dpkg-reconfigure locales" (to pick them as you wish) or "apt-get install locales-all" (to install all debian-supported locales).
