Internal Server Error! error 500 tiempo de ejecucion

Buenas de nuevo aqui esta el de los problemas pues ahora tengo un prestashop instalado y cuando doy a reconfigurar el tamaño creo que es un script que tarda y me da este error he modificado parametros del php.ini del dominio max time execution pero nada de nada no obedece este es el log...
