Error first start ISPCP

Hello sorry for my English, just installed OpenSuse 11 on Ispcp, and I have the following problem when I connect to the control panel instead of making me see the home of the panel the server sends me a file ".part", how can I solve?

I attach the file that requires me to download Ispcp.
