can't send/receive email outside my network

i have 2 week not sleep to solved this problem....

i can't send/receive email from or to other network

i had search anywhere but not found

The important part of the logs is this:

DNS for tisonet.net isn't working. Both DNS servers for the domain resolve to the same IP, and trying to get any kind of DNS query from that server results in a timeout. Make sure BIND is running and you have tcp and udp port 53 open on any firewall.

my website can be opened from outside my network but only my email cannot send or receive from outside my network, but i can send or receive email inside my network.

on my firewall all port is accepted

i think i was wrong on my postfix config, but i don't know on where or which i must to do
