how to fix that?

As far as I know that error is harmless. As you can see it returns error 441 which mean that mail remain in queue.
I have same problem in my server but all emails are delivered right.

If someone know how to fix this, I'd like to know too, but like i said, it is harmless error.

Port 10025 is the return port to Postfix from AMaViSd-new. Check /etc/postfix/master.cf to ensure that the entry for that port is listed. If it is not, consult the copy of that file that comes with ispCP Omega for the right syntax.

You can also test the port by running telnet against it just as you would for testing normal SMTP.
