1.0.3 failure on FreeBSD 7.2-stable

Hi,

I just tried 1.0.3 on a FreeBSD 7.1 system:

# make -f BSDmakefile install
...
install: ./setup/regenerate.sql: No such file or directory
*** Error code 71

Stop in /usr/home/mwlucas/ispcp-omega-1.0.3/engine.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/home/mwlucas/ispcp-omega-1.0.3.

It looks like we need some kind of update to BSDmakefile.

Any suggestions?
