Weird ServerAlias entries in ispcp.conf after upgrade

Hi,

Just upgraded from 1.0.2 to 1.0.3. All seems well and working but the /etc/apache2/site-available/ispcp.conf file seems to hold weird ServerAlias entries. Each domain has an entry <userid>.<BASE_SERVER_VHOST>
This can't be intended right?
