How mail control daemon works? ispcp-mbox-mngr.
It fully lacks of comments

To correctly merge with maia, i need to add/remove users/aliases to maia, via calling to maiadbtool. But then i need info when it created, when changed etc.

Will it operate only on "new" state (e.g. info@domain is alias for user@domain) or on delta (e.g. info@domain was alias for user1@domain, now alias for user@domain) ?
