ispcp 1.0.3 on debian missing DNS zone's records

I install ispcp 1.0.3 on debian complete but missing DNS zone's records mennu in admin panel

First, note that this feature is experimental and incomplete.

If you want to activate this feature, you must do when creating the user account. Currently, it is not possible to activate it later.
