Remote Filemanager Error

I can use the filemanager when i login from my web server. However, when i tried to do this remotely (i.e. from another terminal in a different network), then i will get error as indicated below.

Error 500!
/tools/filemanager/index.php
Internal Server Error!

Any help??

It is unlikely that the origin network is causing this error, but whatever the case you should look for errors in both /var/log/apache2/suexec.log and /var/log/apache2/users/default-error.log
