creating new skins/themes

has anyone here created a new theme or a skin for ispCP, particulary the phpMyAdmin site?

I am not looking to remove the logos, but would like to fit ispCP into the look and feel of my main site.

Is the only way to do this by either changing the CSS files?

For ispCP itself, changing the layout will require editing the template code itself. Hopefully, 1.1 will be easier to theme since it focuses on using CSS much more. Colors and images alone shouldn't be too difficult with 1.0.

For PMA, you should be able to change most of the colors with CSS only.
