maybe this is a error because the database version isn't right.

Please check wich database-version is in the ispcp-db -> table config -> field Database_Revision

Please post back which version u have.

i have same problem:

upgrade from 1.0.2 -> 1.0.3-1

DATABASE_REVISION 10

output:
ispCP database
Update ispCP database schema: [failed]
FATAL: An error was occured during update process!


any ideas ?

i'm not sure qhich revision has to be in there in version 1.0.2, also i don't know what updates are made to the database. In my database the revision is '26'

Try to change the value into this one and look for the database upgrade files and upgrade the database manually
