Managing external mail

Hello everyone. One question only! how can I put an Exception to postfix for servers that handle mail outside. that domain! I have not yet found a solution. Even changing the different domains and file domains.db mail domain is created outside is not accepted by the server. How can I fix this thing? Thanks to all
