Sqruilmail and Email recevied problem

Hi everyone,

I have two problems, someone can tell me how can to fix it.

First problem is: I can send emails, but I cannot received Sad

Second: I got this message when I try to strat bind9

„Starting domain name service...: bind9 failed!”
