Recommend to friend

Is there possible make somekind of system where hostingusers can recommend service to friend?
I think it needs few modification to code, but is anyone made it yet?

This is some sort of functionality which has nothing todo with the pure typical tasks a user should be able to do out of a control panel.

Maybe you setup a joomla / wordpress where you keep your customers informed.
There's the right place to announce happy users - and make a spam-a-friend form
