Thanks for that.

Any ideas to help find out why the request manager isn't being run after changes in the control panel?

Password are encoded by gui not by engine. If you not speak about this, check if ispcp_daemon is running

I made sure that ispcp_daemon is running
I made a change to an existing email.
panel says Modification in progress
database says status=change

the change never takes place.

If I manually run /var/www/ispcp/engine/ispcp-rqst-mngr

status then changes to ok in panel.

Any ideas?

RE: rc7 and plain text mail passwords changed?
How can I manually rekey the passwords now that I'm ready to keep them all encrypted? I'm ready to migrate the dovecot configuration again, but I can't do that quite yet Smile The plain text passwords will not decode Wink

I was forced to keep them plain text (I reloaded this table only) after the upgrade.

I did try update mail_users set mail_pass='look-mom-plain-text',status='change' where mail_id=2024 limit 1;

However, after request manager runs (yay */5 crontab - topic in another thread), only the status is changed (ok).

TIA
