FTP: Can not open directory ! Please contact your administrator !

This failure will be displayed after the setup of "ISPCP Branch" too.

On ISPCP RC5 it works fine.

If i want to display the awstats Page it would display an 404error.

My first impression let me think that ispcp is a pure chaos.

I have fixed the problem. The password in the proftp.conf can not include special chars like "\, &...". So it cannot connect to the MySQL Daemon.

Your FTP server is not running properly (try to connect with an ftp client and you'll see). Follow this guide to try to fix it...
