Internal error AWSTATS HELP!!!
Hey all,

Slowly getting my head around ISPCP. Less questions each day Smile

I have a few sites all setup and working correctly. Web, DNS, email etc all working.

On a few sites the AWSTATS does not load. It prompts me for the username and password for the domain then once entered it displayed the frames but says INTERNAL SERVER ERROR.

On one site it works great but on others it fails? Any ideas?

Rob

RE: Internal error AWSTATS HELP!!!
Combined is the wrong file!
Please check /var/log/apache2/users/domain.tld-error

RE: Internal error AWSTATS HELP!!!
The error I'm getting is:

no address given

I don't see anything in the logs? I seem to be getting this on all domain except one. I've created a new "stats" user and assigned it to the statistics group for the domains as the user that is created by default does not work allow me to logon.

Any more ideas where I can see more info in the logs? Its got to be logging the error somewhere?

Do I need to enable webstats for a domain anywhere?

Thanks in advance,

Rob

RE: Internal error AWSTATS HELP!!!
Could this be a bug? Its happening on all my domains. The rest of the services work with no problems. No DNS problems. I created a new user stats and its in the statistics group and the authentication works but still getting the error.

I see you use the same plugins as me; fail2ban and modsecurity2.
Could it be something to do with modsecurity2?

Any help most appreciated as this is driving me crazy.

Cheers,
