ispcp without iptables?

when i´m in
admin - systemtools - ispcp debugger
where can i find the: 3 Execute requests

after merged some settings i can now switch to the user and everthing looks ok.
i can change things and so on.
i think during the user-setup there a some settings missing wich produce these 3 requests in debugger.
