what is the config files for, and how to change?
Tongue
excuse me. my english is not very well. and I have had a look at the docs. just not very clearly.
there is so many config files . which is for what? and after edit it ,how to take effect?

for example:
in /etc/ispcp/
there is so many config files. which one is for what? there are parts and working folder. I know that the parts folder is the template files, when add new site will be used. and the working folder for what?

and the /etc/ispcp/ispcp.conf file, after change it ,what should next step to do for taking effect?

Shy sorry for this newbie question. but I think it is better having a page to tell every body that after installation, every file of ispcp is for what and how it work.

no body?
and /etc/ispcp/apache/working/fcgid_ispcp.conf for what? how it work?
if I want to change the fcgid_ispcp.conf what should I do ?
just edit the /etc/apache2/mod-enable/fcgid_ispcp.conf ?

and what's about /etc/ispcp/postfix/main.cf ? If I want to modified the main.cf of postfix.
there is no problem just modified the /etc/postfix/main.cf?

IMHO becouse ispcp is project to integrate other project such as postfix, dovecot, courier, apache etc and those project have their own HOWTO, its better you read their manual to understand how their work Smile from that i bet you will understand what ispcp trying to do

I know about how the other project work and how to config.
I ask this question just because I don't understand what ispcp will do.
because some config files will be recovered by ispcp with the config files in the parts or working fodlder after you change it.
I just want to know which one will be recover and which one will not be.
