check the working copy:

/etc/ispcp/apache/working/httpd.conf

if the deleted domains are there, then something went wrong with the deletion... - but then you should look in the ispcp-logs from the deletion date... maybe there you will find something...

Thanx for your reply

I checked /etc/apache2/sites-available/ispcp.conf (i don't have your file), and it seems all deleted domains are in there.
Since it's too long ago i can't really check the logs anymore.
I still think that there must be some file db or something, since i can't find the deleted domains in the mysql db.

You got any more hints i can use?
btw when i delete a already "deleted" domain from the /etc/apache2/sites-available/ispcp.conf it is regenerated again after making a change in the ispcp control panel, again, this domain is no where to be found in the mysql db
