slow sites on ispcp not in vhcs2

hello

this hapent on my new install of ispcp
i must wait 1 to 3 sec befor i see my site on my local network
en outsite my network

how can i fix this
i didn have this on my old vhcs2 server

Hope here coms a solotion the dutch peeps dont say anything about this
