I have exactly the same problem.
phpinfo() says:
Quote:gd
GD Support enabled
GD Version 2.0 or higher
FreeType Support enabled
FreeType Linkage with freetype
FreeType Version 2.3.7
T1Lib Support enabled
GIF Read Support enabled
GIF Create Support enabled
JPG Support enabled
PNG Support enabled
WBMP Support enabled
But imageantialias is not defined:
Quote:Fatal error: Call to undefined function imageantialias() in /var/www/virtual/...

Operating system : Debian Linux 5.0
Kernel and CPU : Linux 2.6.26-1-686 on i686
