ispCP und Zarafa Groupware Problem

Hallo Zusammen!
Wie immer möchte ich mich als erstes für die tolle Arbeit an eurem Control Panel bedanken! *schleim*

Ich habe momentan ein Internal Server Problem nach der Installation von der OpenGroupWare Lösung Zarafa bei dessen Webinterface.

Hier meine Angaben zum System:
OS: Ubuntu 10.04 Server LTS
ispCP: ispCP Omega 1.0.7 RC1 - 2010-09-15
Zarafa: Zarafa 6.40.2 (22452) x86_64

Folgendes ist mein Problem:
Sobald ich auf das Webaccess Panel von Zarafa zugreifen möchte, bekomm ich einen 500er Internal Server Error.

Apache meldet folgenden Fehler im error log:

Weiss jemand von euch wie er mir hier helfen kann, resp. wie ich den "Befehl" php_flag installieren kann? Bin gerade ein bisschen Ratlos.
