I had the same problem, but google helped
you can access the Sourceforge Site for the latest release...

I don't know why the old Omegabilling Sites are routed do 'GoDaddy', but may be oddyutza could give us any hint about that....

I checked all logs on the Apache, but no errors on the billing...

Error log is zero Byte ...
Any other suggestions ???
