[CLOSE] template änderung wg. fcgid bug

seit dem update habe ich hier auf 2 systemen ein PMA Problem
- Beim Import eines 6MB SQL Dump bricht PHP oder Apache nach 30sec. ab
in der master php.ini hab ich schon auf 120s raufgesetzt max upload und postsize sind bei 19MB

- Beim export aus PMA habe ich ebenfalls ein Problem bei grösseren Dumps festgestellt, hier bekomme ich die export.php zum Download angeboten
