Adding email: Unknown error

Hi,

I'm new to ispcp but i'm amazed!

Only error I have encountered this far is when adding new email
address I get "Unknown error". Is this some known problem or
where should I look for solution? I can post logs if needed, but I
think there was nothing of importance on the debug log.

/var/log/messages says

/var/spool/postfix/etc/sasldb2

please check if this file exists in your installation, maybe theres a problem with running postfix (or parts of it) chrooted.

Also give details about your OS so we can help...

It did not exist. I copied it from /etc and now it seems to be working.

One more question. What should I delete from database etc to remove those
email accounts with unknown error. Gui won't let me delete them.

First: you should find out why there was not a copy of sasldb... - or (if your OS does not need the copy) then switch off the editing of the second sasldb file...

Second: have a look at the mail_users table, db ispcp
