I think it's a problem...

you registered nyl.ro at "Globe Hosting SRL" and gave two nameservers "ns1.nyl.ro" and "ns2.nyl.ro" which are responsible for nyl.ro - but I think the problem is, that no one knows the ip address of theese two nameservers:
if I want to know the IP address of ns2.nyl.ro I have to ask ns1/2.nyl.ro - but I don't know which IP I have to ask... - hope you understand what I want to tell...

So it's important that you can also give the IP address of the nameserver to the registrar.

Otherwise I'd recommend to use other nameservers (which can be resolved) - at least to start...
