Error 403 about php file after installation

i am install the ispcp follow the http://www.isp-control.net/documentation...on:freebsd correctly

and the system is freebsd 8,

but when i login the admincp ,

there is a info about Error 403,for index.php,

i added some html file in admincp gui folder ,it works;
when i add a test.php like just(<?php echo "ok"; ?>);
it could not run with php
ps:i am select fcgid when in installation,and opened it;

someone could help me to solve this problem?

In Step 7 of the installation howto that you linked (emphasis is also included there):

Choose FastCGI and NOT fcgid in the setup - fcgid support will be in ispCP 1.0.6.

So you're out of luck. Install again.

is it possible that my problem with added user's domain is caused by fcgid and fastcgi option.

I hav created hosting plan, reseller, than added user and pointed domain to my ns serv but when i go to http://www.domain.tld i get 403! error
