error - add user

I add hosting planes and then I try add user.

Duplicate entry 'autoekospa.sk' for key 2

and error:

Your post is about duplicate entry with number 1 but no 2. This is problem with add user no with login to panel.

The customer domain may not be the same as the name of the Reseller

no, reseller name is blackburn and domain is autoekospa.sk .. only hosting plane is too as an user.
