amavis blocking some outgoing messages

Had a right earful from a client this morning.

Its blocking some of his messages as spam when they are clearly not.

amavis is installed with ISPCP
amavis config is witten and changed by ISPCP therefore some help would be appreciated.

No, it's not Amavis is not shipped or installed with ispCP or during installation So it's Offtopic
