[1.0.6] Problem with /proc/net/dev

In interface admin in ispcp i have error
Warning: cannot open /proc/net/dev (No such file or directory). Limited output.

And really normal user cant get catalog /proc/net and no chacne to have access to file /proc/net/dev
The error:
[http@Elmo reseller]$ ls /proc/net
ls: reading directory /proc/net: Invalid argument

How can i fix it ? is that possible ?
