Update from 1.0.6 to 1.0.6 (SOLVED)

I know it sounds stupid but i made a mistake.. I belive i get the error because i allready updatet it. from 1.0.5 back then.

I followed this guide: http://isp-control.net/documentation/sta...ade:debian

But now i cant start ispcp_daemon

After i tryed somthing (might have been stupid) it says the following:

WARNING: Your ispCP configuration file has several settings set
to an empty value !

Are you sure you have installed ispCP ? [Y/n]: y


WARNING: Your ispCP configuration file is not valid!
The program will switch to recovery mode now...

Do you want to continue [Y/n]: y
Use of uninitialized value in subroutine entry at ispcp-setup-methods.pl line 487, <STDIN> line 4.
Use of uninitialized value $iaddr in gethostbyaddr at ispcp-setup-methods.pl line 488, <STDIN> line 4.

Now i cant uninstall, install, update or anything

I REALLY need help.

The guide tells you to make backups of your config files, especiallly ispcp.conf. Have you tried restoring it?

Overwrite the ispcp.conf with your backup and restart update Then it should work

The reason i type /etc/ispcp/ispcp.conf is because i tryed to reverse with: mv -v /etc/ispcp/ispcp.old.conf /etc/ispcp/ispcp.conf

But still error

I have a bad feeling that the old ispcp.conf is for some reason gone :S so i tryed typing in mysql password, vhost, server ip etc. etc. in /etc/ispcp/ispcp.conf and restartet.. without luck... moved it to /etc/ispcp/ispcp.old.conf and tryed again. still no luck.

I'm currently thinking that uninstall and install again is easyer, but even that comes with error.

I think I pulled the same problem...

however I'm betting that I overwrote my backup because I followed the instructions again and I'm almost sure I copied a bad config over a good one...duh....

restoring from a vmx backup now... just a few hours more...LOL
Hoping my backup is anygood... last restore about 6 hours ago was junk...

otherwise will need some help myself...

got past the database update...
now failing on apache modules... fcgi is a real file and doesn't want to touch it or something...
