Create ispcp translation from .po

Hi, I've just made some change to a .po file, and wanted to test the translation. I used to go to http://atomo64.puffinhost.com/ispcp/poconverter.php (the link was taken from http://isp-control.net/ispcp/wiki/translations/howto) but now the site is down.
How can I do the conversion without the website?

I've asked several time raphael (atomo64) to share the conversion script but nothing appear come. In my opinion, we should write our own version of it.
