add new domain then can't goto default page

Problem :
I add new domain then must run command below every time:

------------------------------------------------------
cd /etc/apache2/sites-available/
grep -v fcgid_ispcp.conf ispcp.conf > ispcp.conf.new
mv ispcp.conf ispcp.conf.old
mv ispcp.conf.new ispcp.conf
-------------------------------------------------------
why.......

ispCP Version 1.0.5 + Ubuntu 10.04
