ISPCp doesnt work at all?

okay i did it two times, first time i used these settings

FQD: panel.markwow.us
IP: (ExternalIP)
PANEL URL: admin.panel.markwow.us

When i finish the install I go to markwow.us and it just is a index.of page and when i go to admin.panel.markwow.us it is also a index.of page. What did i do wrong?

second setup up, I used my internal ip and when i went to just markwow.us it came to the login and so did all the other pages.

Any ideas what the problem is?

EDIT: Also I just updated 2 security patches and it seems to have messed up part of ispcp i get this error with the updater:
