Upgrade IspCp 1.0.4 to 1.0.7 RC1

Sad Upgrade IspCp 1.0.4 to 1.0.7 RC1
I've tried to upgrade ispsp, but something failed, doesn't work now neither sub domains nor mails for domains...
the admin panel says: "Modification in progress"

please help me...

Debian lenny, 64 Bit.

kill ispcp_daemon with SIGKILL, restart with /etc/init.d/ispcp_daemon restart then manually run engine: /var/www/ispcp/engine/ispcp-rqst-mngr

i do it but result is 0. Dont work subdomains end email, "Modification in progress"

Enable debug (in /etc/ispcp/ispcp.conf change DEBUG = 0 in DEBUG = 1), run
Code:
/var/www/ispcp/engine/ispcp_rqst_mngr | tee /result.log
, then post here content from /result.log
