PROBLEM SELECTING FOLDER IN FTP USER CREATION

I'm triing to add new ftp user that have a personal base dir.
but whet i go in the new user form and i try to select the base folder ispcp open the new window with write impossible to open folder, contact the system administrator.
anyone can help me ?

This is probably because your FTP server is not working properly. Can you check it please? If it doesn't work, try following the solving ProFTPD issues guide.

i found the problem.
in my case the proftp.conf file contain a bad limiti for authorized user
{FTPD_MIN_UID} Minimum user id of users allowed to open ftp connections (2000 by default)
{FTPD_MIN_GID} Minimum group id of users allowed to open ftp connections (2000 by default)

this variable is set by default to 2000 and the first user that i use on my system is 1999 by udi and gid so it can't login.
