Option 2, but pay attention to the lower-left corner, where the ispCP "watermark" (see attachment):

In some case, the watermark can be superimposed to the Settings menu.

Regards.

EDIT: If you want to reproduce this, only set your language to another different from english, activate the translator on Chrome and see the page.

Personally i think if you want to work on the theme you might want to consider using easily changeable theme's and branding, a bit like the wordpress theme's as far as the user experience is concerned.
This will be possible with the 1.1.0 release. We converted all templates to XHTML 1.0 strict. This allows you to change the layout and behavior by changing the CSS files only. We might even provide the current design on the new templates if it keeps us from maintaining several versions of template files.

Its not a Bug, its a feature Wink

At this time, its only a demo. When the vote is over, and most of the user think that navigation ist better, then i will finished this work.

In my opinion navigation 1 is not a good option in terms of usability. I can already imagine the support tickets about missing functionality. Oh! There's buttons up there Smile
I've been involved in GUI design for the last 5 years and I in my opinion navigation 1 is not intuitive enough. You can't tear apart a main menu (without text, another point) and it's related sub menu in that manner and expect everyone to get the connection between these two.

My favourite is Navigation2. But i think that the head looks very empty - there could be some information or stats like space/cpu (load average)/ram - apache/mysql version... or other functions.

P.s.: In don't like that the links are underline in navigation1

Hi, remember that at the moment its just a demo Wink

No more .....

It is not functional at the moment, just a demo to let the users think about new ideas from us.

RE: Help us improve the navigation of ISPCP
My opinion is the following:

The 2nd option is the better, fresher and userfriendlier one, but there some things to do (i know - it´s just demo Wink )

But - why you try to work so hard for a new theme? What will be with the actual one? Does it give in 1.1.0 a field to change the theme (like languages etc.) ?

Or what do you think about a combination of the actual and the new theme "option 2"?
