[HowTo] Replace courier with dovecot

I just updated to the latest SVN. I now get stats for IMAP/POP (using dovecot) for serverwide stats, however I don't get them at the domain/account level. Does anyone have a patch to get this working?

It should be working since r1450, according to this ticket:

I don't remember if I tested it or not, when I can I'll check on my testing server ...
