Moin alle zusammen,

Ich habe nach einem Update von 1.0.6 auf 1.0.7 merkwürdige Fehler bei meinen E-Mail Konten (siehe Anhang). Die meisten Konten funktionieren noch einwandfrei, aber bei einigen steht beim Status "Unbekannter Fehler" und der Autoresponder wird angeblich aktualisiert.
Ich kann diese Konten auch nicht bearbeiten oder löschen.

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir da weiterhelfen

Selber Fehler.

Bei mir ist es komischerweise immer nur die erst angelegte E-Mail die er zerschossen hat.

Jedoch kann ich die aber auch nicht mehr löschen Sad

habt Ihr schon ein mal nachgeschaut was in den ispcp Logs steht?
Ist das Update ohne Fehler gelaufen?

Nein ich musste hier im Forum einer Einleitung folgen bis ich das update durchführen konnte.

Also das mit dem log habe ich noch nicht gemacht.

Werde gleich mal schauen .

Moin Piccolo,

In Meinen Logs steht im Grunde gar nichts drin, da ich den Debugmodus nicht aktiv hatte. Im Update-Log ist eigentlich nur ein Fehler vorhanden (zumindest soweit wie ich das sehen kann).

Angeblich hat er da Probleme mit SQL, dass er keine Verbindung mit dem Server aufbauen kann.

Wobei ich ja sagen muss, dass ich ja schon während des Updates arge Probleme mit SQL hatte, da er mir das Root-Passwort immer wieder zurückgesetzt hatte, weil er die alte Konfigurationsdatei nicht mehr gefunden hatte. Ob das evtl. damit zusammenhängt?

da steht der fehler wohl.
decrypt_db_password() | [ERROR] KEY or IV has invalid length

in dem Fall mal deinen /etc/ispcp ordner checken mit den Key datein..

Sorry, aber wo finde ich diese Key-Dateien in /etc/ispcp hab e ich nur die Verzeichnisse

und die ispcp.conf

Wobei ich mit kaum Vorstellen, dass das oben beschriebene Problem daran liegt. Es läuft ja alles super. Mein eigentliches Problem ist ja, das einige meine eingerichteten Email Konten kaputt sind und ich sie nicht wieder repariert kriege.

Ich hab jetzt noch ein wenig weiter geforscht und bin in der "mail_user" Tabelle in der Datenbank auf folgenden Statustext gestosßen:

sys_command() | [ERROR] External command '/bin/echo "

(es wäre schön wenn man auch auf der Seite diesen Fehler sehen würde anstatt "Unbekannter Feheler" Wink

Also die Lösung des Problems, war doch einfacher als man es sich überhaupt vorstellen kann ^^.

Ich habe einfach den Status in der Datenbank auf "ok" (ohne Hochkommata) geändert und siehe da es funktioniert wieder.
Das Passwort muss danach neu eingerichtet werden.

Der Thread kann als [SOLVED] markiert werden.

Ich hoffe, dass sich die Fehler bei Krest auch damit lösen lassen.

schreibe lieber in die datenbank an der stelle toadd und stoße den Daemon per hand an,
um zusehen ob wieder ein fehler kommt eventuell ist doch etwas nicht ganz korrekt.
