what to do with install kaltura apache2

hi,

don't know where to ask but i have a problem instaaling kaltura.

everything is ok but the last thing i should do is this:

1. Add the following line to your /etc/hosts file:
127.0.0.1 panel.domain.be
2. Add the following line to your Apache configurations file (Usually called httpd.conf or apache2.conf):
Include /opt/kaltura/app/configurations/apache/my_kaltura.conf
3. Restart apache
4. Browse to your Kaltura start page at: http://panel.domain.be/start

i think i have to do it different then said above.
Can somebody give me a hint where to put this to get this to work
