signature link is Spammer?????????

everyone
I am new on this forum and find the alot of nice things. I want to make good frieds here.
My first question is that If you use put link in signature then its spam or not?
if it is not spammer then why forum owner remove post or banned the user???
If it called spammer then why forum owners give this option.
Its the main issue i feel please share your views.

Hi

there's so much Spam here that it's sometimes very difficult to distinguish it from real people.

When a sig has to much adverstising and the body text is not in topic then normally posts are sometimes deleted...

First of all when you join the any type of forum;
must read their rules policy.
and then join, other wise you can not blame the forum owner ,
when your break the rule , then the forum owner has right to banned you.

Most probably because they're spamming ...
Main reason for this forum is talking about ispCP not about Advertisements ...

Don't think that signature will be spam.If you don't follow the admin rule or you spam other post,then you should be banned.
