I can not use FTP accounts

Hi,

I created a reseller account and then, on that account, I have placed many users. A number of users created, have created one FTP account with user and password, but they can not use any FTP user account created, why?
For example, if one user try use FileManager with FTP user and FTP password created, ispCP Omega does not allow FTP access, why?

Please, can someone help me in the above issue.

maybe wrong username or password.

try this for main domain:
server= domain.com
user= name@domain.com
pw= yourPW

for subdomain try this:
server= sub.domain.com
user= name@sub.domain.com
pw= yourPW

I forgot to add the FTP Username: @mydomain.com
