I Like to ask if is possible use a ispCP to control trariff and radius server for make auth in pppoe server for control a ISP of internet access

and is any gateway pf payment for bank normal 19 ?

it's all possible - if you write the needed software...

But I would not use ispcp anymore, especially such enhancements.

Use "i - m s c p . n e t" or the other fork "e a s y s c p . n e t"... this project here is dead...

BTW - also with the forks - AFAIK there is no direct link to radius etc but it's more worth to put some time in a "translating" software...
