I Install ispCP 1.0rc3 OMEGA (02/11/07)!

the distro is debian etch
we just formatted the pc and installed debian etch and then we installed ssh, then we installed ispcp using the mini installator... nothing more, we dont know allmost anything about this.. and we want your help. im not critizicing nothing i just want to know how can i solve it..
i can give to anyone full access to the server to view the logs or other or to fix the server...

install etch

install with the howto from the wiki:

When you do that (step for step), there should be no problem.

PS: During the installation select an utf8 locale...

as default. And also enable
"es_ES ISO-8859-1"
so the ispcp webmail should be able to speak spanish...

i dont know, in where place and when i have to execute the commands? , i can execute the commands before the instalation?

Can u read He said OR LATER. If it not ask you during install of course will be after install.

it's a debian setting - I just would set this before running ispcp-setup.
But it should work also after this step...

Don't want to be the bad guy, BUT if you' re not familiar with the console or linux itself, you should think about renting a managed server. A rootserver is a great weapon if it gets in the wrong hands
