RE: Webmin
I´m not sure if there is really a needed for it.
You can startup Webmin in a new Browser on the right Port and done.
Or is webmin only access able when you logged in in ispCP ?

RE: Webmin
But: if it is totally independant then there's no need for integration.

Integration means: eg. the same users. eg. make wbemin-users in ispcp and use them in webmin... or vice versa.

Normally only the admin should use webmin - customers might use usermin or virtuamin (if set up correctly) - but here we have ispcp...

So: webmin is a tool to do system administration (put a new ip address, start/stop services etc) and ispcp is for the hosting administration.

I don't see the profit about integration...

RE: Webmin
I can't get it right what you exactly mean. Because the core features of usermin and ispCP are somehow the same.

So do you want to use ispCP as your main interface and want to expand it with some features offered by usermin? Or maybe vise versa?
