Only the requests manager should be manually run, not the others.

don't expect that to be an excuse, because ispCP should not be used on production servers. It is still under development.

Also, the requests manager can be launched from admin->system info->ispcp debugger
on that page there's a link to run the requests manager (it is ok when the daemon returns a 250)
