fastcgi error

I am getting this error in the apache logs constantly.
and my server is very unstable

I am running ISPCP trunk from the 24 nov on Debian Etch.


i got this on my domains php5-fcgi-starters:

Yes, I did, there is a large post in German but I don't know if it has the solution yo my problem, I don't speak German...

Also the configuration I have now I take it from other posts.
